How to Solve the Problem of Low Pressure?

• If the coffee grounds are too coarse, adjust the grinder setting to make them finer.
• If there are not enough coffee grounds in the filter, add more coffee grounds and ensure they reach the MAX line.
• If the coffee grounds are too loose, apply more force when tamping them down with the tamper.
• If the coffee beans are under-baked or not fresh, use fresh espresso coffee beans.

How to Solve the Problem that CLEAN GRINDER is Shown on LCD Display?

• If the "CLEAN GRINDER" message appears on the LCD display, it means the grinder needs to be cleaned.
• Press the release button and turn the grinder counter clockwise to remove it.
• Rotate the powder collector clockwise to remove it from the grinder.
• Clean the grinder and powder collector, then reinstall them.

How to Set the Grinding Time?

• Press the power button to turn on the machine.
• Use the DOES button to select the filter basket size (SINGLE or DOUBLE).
• Turn the DOES dial to adjust the grind time (clockwise to increase, anticlockwise to decrease).
• To pause the grinding process, push and release the portafilter. Push and release it again to resume grinding.

How to Program the Volume of Single or Double Espresso?

• Press the MENU button to enter the main menu.
• Use the DOES dial to navigate and select SINGLE or DOUBLE SHOT.
• Press the DOES dial to confirm.
• Press the single or double button again to stop the extraction at the desired level.

How to Set the Shot Temperature?

• Press the MENU button to enter the main menu.
• Use the DOSE dial to navigate and select SHOT TEMP.
• Turn the DOSE dial to choose the desired shot temperature.
• Press the DOSE dial to confirm the setting.

How to Solve the Problem that the LOCK GRINDER is Shown on LCD Display?

• The "LOCK GRINDER" message may indicate that the grinder is not installed properly. Remove and reinstall the grinder correctly.
• Ensure that the coffee distributor is fully inserted in the grinder.

Steps To Get a Perfect Espresso:

• Note: Too coarse a grind, too little ground coffee, or insufficient tamping pressure on the ground coffee before brewing can all lead to inadequate pressure for a proper brew. The amount of espresso extracted will vary depending on the grind size and dose.
• Why can't my espresso machine with grinder achieve the ideal pressure?
• The ground coffee is too coarse. Adjust the grinder setting to make it finer.
• There is not enough ground coffee in the filter. Add more ground coffee.
• The tamping pressure is not enough. Increase the tamping pressure.

How to clean the grinder and how often?

• For best performance, we recommend cleaning the grinder every 18-25 days to remove built-up coffee. You can refer to the instructional video titled "How to Solve the Problem that CLEAN GRINDER is Shown on LCD Display" for guidance.

What accessories are included?

• Our coffee machine comes with various accessories, including a replacement grinder, 58mm portafilter, filters, tamper, coffee distributor, tamper mat, milk frothing pitcher, spoon, cleaning needle, cleaning brush, and coffee art pen.

Tips for making milk foam:

• Use cold whole milk.
• Insert the steam wand just below the surface of the milk to achieve the best frothing result.
• Keep the steam wand at a 30-60° angle to the surface of the milk.
