But how do you get the most out of your CHULUX coffee machine? Here are some tips and instructions on how to use its features:

• The powerful steam wand allows you to create perfectly frothed milk for your drinks. Simply press the Steam button to enter steam mode, turn the knob on for 3 seconds to release cooled water droplets, and then place the milk under the steam wand and turn the knob on again. Once you reach your desired temperature or milk foam, turn the knob off.

• To adjust the amount of coffee, make sure the espresso machine is preheated, then press and hold the Single or Double cup button for 3-5 seconds. Once you reach your desired amount, press the respective button again. To reset the default amount, turn off the machine (without unplugging) and press and hold the Single Cup and Steam button for 3-5 seconds.

• Perfectly use the portafilter and spoon by aligning the notch in the portafilter with the protrusion in the filter. Twist to secure it in place. Fill the filter with coffee grounds, tamp them down with the other end, and dispose of the grounds by flipping up the small black piece on the portafilter. Twist again to remove the filter.

• Descaling the espresso machine is important for maintenance. Pour pre-made descaling water into the reservoir, release some hot descaling water, wait for 30 minutes, then finish the process with clean water. To cancel the descaling warning, press and hold three buttons (excluding the Power button) simultaneously.

• If you want to achieve better pressure, try using a finer coffee grind or adding more coffee grounds to the filter. Similarly, adding more coffee grounds will increase the density of the coffee puck, resulting in higher water resistance. On the other hand, if the pressure is too high, consider reducing the amount of coffee grounds or tamping pressure.

When using your CHULUX espresso machine, it's normal to see water inside the Milk Steam Wand upon receiving the product. This is just clear water from steam and release water tests during quality control. Refer to the User's Manual for cleaning instructions. If you have any trouble, feel free to contact us for help.

If the light keeps blinking after pressing the ON button, it means the machine is preheating and will last for about 30 seconds. Make sure the water tank is installed correctly and has enough water. If the issue persists, reach out to us for assistance.

If the machine doesn't work after using the steam function and the two button lights keep flashing, it indicates that the over-heating protection program has been triggered. Simply turn the knob to hot water mode, release the hot water for about 20 seconds, and turn off the machine to allow it to cool down.

For better milk foam, use cold whole milk or milk with a fat content higher than 3.5%. When steaming, position the steam wand at an angle and place it on the sides of the milk jug.

If you hear a 'beep' sound and see all the buttons flashing after pressing the power button, it means the side knob is set to 'ON'. Simply turn it to 'OFF' and press the Power button again to stop the beeping.
